Sales Manager
Remote — Full timeOur company is developing rapidly, so we are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Manager who wants to work on promoting an innovative Ukrainian product in the field of defense tech.
Responsibilities
Attracting and developing a client base:
- Active search and attraction of new clients, expanding the base of potential clients.
- Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients (the military units of Ukraine, volunteer funds, state authorities and other interested parties).
Product presentation and sales:
- Demonstration, presentation and sales of the product.
- Preparation of commercial offers, consulting with clients, conducting negotiations and concluding contracts.
Marketing activities:
- Participation in marketing events (conferences, seminars, exhibitions), organization of demos and other events to attract clients.
Customer support and support:
- Providing customer support at all stages of cooperation.
Key qualities and skills we are looking for:
- You have proven experience of successful sales of 5 years or more, you know how to find an approach to clients and build long-term partnerships with them.
- You have excellent skills in negotiations, presentations and communication with different audiences.
- You are interested in innovative technologies in the field of defense tech, and you strive to deeply understand the product you sell in order to effectively convey its value to clients.
- You are able to independently organize your work, set ambitious goals and achieve them.
- You are able to work in a team, support colleagues and contribute to the creation of a positive atmosphere.
- You are open to new knowledge and skills, strive to constantly improve and develop professionally.
It will be a huge advantage if you have:
- Experience in the field of defense tech: You have successful sales cases in the field of defense technologies and understand the specifics of this market.
- Knowledge of the UAV market: You are oriented to the market of unmanned aerial vehicles and know its key players.
- Experience in working with government agencies: You have experience in cooperation with government agencies and understand the peculiarities of their procurement.
