We are looking for a PR&Marketing Specialist (Brand, SMM, Content, Events) to drive our marketing campaigns, creating content, and analyzing performance. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced defense tech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the brand strategy, awareness campaigns, and overall market positioning to build strong, clear associations with the company.
  • Ensure a consistent tone of voice and unified visual identity across all channels, including the website, social media, presentations, and external communications.
  • Oversee content strategy and operations for the company website and official social media channels, including content plan development, publication oversight, and optimization for user experience (UX) and search engine visibility (SEO).
  • Plan and manage online and offline events, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s brand presence and reach.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, content, and initiatives, identifying key areas for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Provide communications support for broader strategic marketing initiatives and executive team needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in Brand Management, PR, Marketing Communications, or a related field, preferably within the B2B, Tech, Engineering, or Defense sector.
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage a holistic brand and communications strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in the full lifecycle of campaign execution, from concept and budget management to launch and post-campaign analysis.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, web content management systems, and SEO/analytics principles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and influence stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics (KPIs) and translating data into actionable insights.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand-building and marketing campaign results.
