Farsight Vision converts flight footage into digital 2D and 3D twins for real-time intelligence in GNSS-denied environment, making analytics and situational awareness convenient and accessible while saving time and effort. We create multi-layered digital twins of terrain with dynamic tracking and object/landscape monitoring and predicting.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Lawyer to provide full legal support for the company’s operations, ensure compliance with Ukrainian and international law, and safeguard our business interests in collaboration with global partners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive legal support for all company activities;
  • Draft, review, and negotiate Ukrainian and international commercial agreements, including license and sublicense agreements, sales and supply contracts;
  • Support and manage legal aspects of cooperation with foreign partners;
  • Oversee intellectual property protection, including patents, licenses, trade secrets, and IP transfer agreements;
  • Monitor legislative changes and adapt legal practices to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Law;
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate law and international contracts;
  • Strong knowledge of Ukrainian civil and tax legislation;
  • Understanding of intellectual property protection mechanisms (patents, licensing, IP transfers);
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
