Account Manager
Remote — Full timeFarsight Vision converts flight footage into digital 2D and 3D twins for real-time intelligence in GNSS-denied environment, making analytics and situational awareness convenient and accessible while saving time and effort. We create multi-layered digital twins of terrain with dynamic tracking and object/landscape monitoring and predicting.
We are looking for an Account Manager who will ensure an excellent customer journey by maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs, and coordinating communication across teams to support product adoption and long-term satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients, acting as their primary point of contact;
- Understand client needs, challenges, and use cases, and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams;
- Manage the full communication cycle with clients: updates, timelines, feedback, issue resolution, and follow-ups;
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience;
- Coordinate with product, engineering, support, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing support;
- Track account status, risks, and priorities, ensuring transparency and timely escalation when needed;
- Prepare and deliver account updates, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders;
- Support onboarding and training activities for new client teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relations (preferably in B2B tech or complex products);
- Strong understanding of technology products or technical environments (experience with defense/military tech is an advantage);
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills;
- Ability to translate client needs into clear, structured tasks for internal teams;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Proactive, customer-centric mindset with a focus on problem-solving;
- Attention to details, timely reporting and efficient work with metrics;
- Nice to have: eager to travel to the end-users and customers, participate in and handle customer demos.
